These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MakerSub. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MakerSub provides tools for creators to build pages, sell subscriptions, and manage access to communities and digital products. MakerSub does not create or control creator offerings.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the content, pricing, and delivery of their offerings. Creators must comply with applicable laws and community platform rules. MakerSub may remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe and MakerSub to charge your payment method according to the selected plan. Subscription terms are set by the creator.

5. Fees

MakerSub charges platform fees based on your plan, plus Stripe processing fees. Fees are displayed before purchase.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are handled by creators unless otherwise required by law. You can cancel subscriptions at any time, but access may continue until the end of the billing period.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or payment systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Upload or share content you do not have rights to distribute.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. MakerSub is not responsible for outages or changes on third-party platforms.

9. Content ownership

Creators retain ownership of their content. By using the Service, you grant MakerSub a limited license to host, display, and distribute content as needed to provide the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. MakerSub may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee results, earnings, or uptime.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakerSub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to MakerSub in the 12 months before a claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MakerSub harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MakerSub is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the date above.
